The boys needed a Cantonese noodle fix. So we tried the Congee Noodle King. Service was very slow in taking our order. We waited patiently for 12 minutes after receiving the menus but had to finally waved down a server. The Beef Brisket Chow Mein and Beef Chow Fun were only okay. The Beef Brisket meat was disintegrated with broken noodles. The Beef Chow Fun had a bit of wok hei but the coloring of some of the beef pieces looked a bit off. The best dish was the Spicy Pork Chop that had a good level of heat. We had to waved down a server again to receive our bill. It appears they are really short staffed in the dining area.
