We had such a lovely dining experience at Coppinger in Dublin. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, welcoming and attentive without ever feeling overdone. After a long and intense week at work, my husband and I treated ourselves to a dinner at Coppinger Restaurant and it turned out to be exactly the kind of night we needed.The space itself is modern, cool and effortlessly stylish, with a lively atmosphere that stays buzzing from the moment you walk in. What truly sets the place apart is the team personalities, everyone brings their own flair, making the environment feel colourful, diverse and genuinely inclusive. It’s the kind of energy that immediately lifts your mood and makes the experience feel special.The cocktail bar never stops and you can feel the fun behind it. Drinks flow with rhythm and the creativity behind each cocktail adds to the charm. Food wise, everything was delicious, full of flavour and clearly cooked with care. We paired our dishes with a beautiful Albariño from Spain, a refreshing choice that complemented the meal perfectly. Service was another highlight. The team is attentive, warm and naturally fun, creating an atmosphere that invites you to relax, enjoy and stay a little longer. A very special mention to Livia, who looked after us with exceptional care, pure gas, full of joy and a true star of the night. Coppinger is the kind of place that reminds you why going out in Dublin can feel so good: great food, great people and a vibe that stays with you.
