A complete scam. Do NOT book here. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The owner was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional from the start. There was no help, no courtesy — just attitude. The listing claims there is an elevator, but there isn’t. Only stairs. We were asked to carry all our luggage up several floors by ourselves, with no help whatsoever. We also paid for a room for three people, advertised as either: • one twin bed + one double bed or • two double beds. Instead, we were given a tiny room that barely fits two people, let alone three. Nothing matched what we paid for or what was listed online. When we pointed out all these issues, the owner refused to refund us — even though the listing was clearly misleading. We ended up having to do a last-minute search for another hotel after this huge disappointment, which cost us time, money, and unnecessary stress. I would never recommend this place to anyone. It’s misleading, poorly managed, and feels like a trap. Tourists — beware. This hotel is a scam.
