Jacket potato was undercooked had big bits off frozen potato. For over £10 for a jacket Potato cheese and tuna. You expect it to be at least cooked. Waited over a hour. and when I called them to ask how long the said that it was going to be another 30 mins. So surely it should be cooked. Very bad experience as usual good food Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Divine. The food here is divine. I am not joking nor exaggerating. To look or drive past this place, it is extremely deceptive in that anyone can be forgiven for thinking it is unremarkable. But just give it a go. If I was an investor, I would invest in this place, give it a boost in terms of decor, marketing and location, and then watch the money roll in whilst taking advantage of free meals because I'd be part-owner. Placed an order via the crave box website, and it got accepted, payment was taken and after an hour, still no food. We called and the lady said they are not accepting orders through their own website, some messages on their would have been helpful no? She even told us to call back, not oh we will look into it for you and call you back. No apologies, no real concern, really disappointing experience. Just wanted to get us off the phone. Now we have to process a refund ourselves, which is kind of absurd, honestly going forward can’t be trusted, used to be a favourite but the service and disregard has left a sour taste. ATLEAST POST A MESSAGE OR JUST STOP TAKING ORDERS ON THE WEBSITE SO CUSTOMERS KNOW NOT TO WASTE THEIR TIME! Service: 1
