Craving Spot is actually a nice Fast food restuarant. Their Sharwama and pizza are affordable and well prepared. Although, the current profile pictures does not show their new location new look. Their services are ok. One thing i like about them is the delivery service. keep it up Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

I Was Yelled At, and Humilliated for Requesting a Nylon for My Pizza I visited Craving Spot with my partner 4th March, 2026 to get pizza. Since we live quite far from the location and arrived late, we decided to take our order to go. When the pizza was ready, it was handed to us in the standard pizza box. Because of the distance we had to travel, I knew it would be difficult to carry the box without it tilting or flipping at some point. To make it easier to handle, I requested a nylon bag to place the pizza box in. My intention was simply to make the journey home more manageable, even if the pizza shifted slightly. While I was explaining this to the receptionist, a woman who appeared to be a senior staff member stepped in and asked what the issue was. I tried to explained my concern, including the fact that we had a long distance to cover (even mentioned where we lived). Instead of responding with understanding, she began raising her voice and insisted that pizza is always sold in just the box, mentioning that she had lived in Abuja and Lagos and that this was standard practice. I made it clear that I understood her point, but emphasized that it was MY purchase and I was only requesting a nylon bag (something that is free). Unfortunately, the situation escalated unnecessarily. She continued yelling publicly, and other customers/staffs had to intervene and plead with her to calm down. Eventually, someone else provided a nylon bag, but she continued harrassing me as we walked away. Asking for a nylon bag should never have resulted in public embarrassment. The situation was uncomfortable and humiliating, especially as it happened during what was supposed to be a pleasant outing with my partner. Overall, the service I experienced at Craving Spot was disappointing. Customer concerns (including small ones) should be handled professionally and respectfully.
