I haven’t ordered from Cref for a while and when I did today, I wish I hadn’t, First of all lack of communication i have tried reaching out to the branch multiple times due to the delay it took me 6 missed calls for them to answer. And when my order did arrive, the cookies tasted and smelled like straight-up wall paint and pesticides. I swear to god, the first bite was an explosion of wall paint taste , so I immediately took the cookies from my siblings and threw them out! Then I remembered the worker who spoke to me explained that the delay was due to “maintenance” in the store. Shouldn’t the store be closed? And not receiving order to avoid contaminations with cancerous material when ..? You should be held accountable and responsible for such negligence. Never recommend! Don’t order from them

It tastes super amazing, very flavorful, but it opens late so if you have an event in the morning hours you wouldn’t be able to get them fresh.
