My son only got to work here a couple weeks but the lil time he did get to work he said the staff was very friendly n knowledgeable n The food he brought home was amazing I am so sad to see this place closed down. My family was looking forward to one day visiting prayers to them reopening some time real soon Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We have enjoyed Cru for many special celebrations but we've likely seen our last. We have had a Thanksgiving reservation at Cru for weeks. Today, less than one week before the holiday, we received a phone call indicating that they would not be open and that our reservation was cancelled. The tone of the person making the call was in no way apologetic and was, in fact, quite rude. Now we're left with five days to make alternate arrangements. We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise but there was no attempt made to be understanding or to offer any accommodations for this unexpected turn of events. This is extremely disappointing and I do no plan to give them another chance. Price per person: $50–100 Service: 1

We made a Thanksgiving reservation about 3 weeks ago and they just called us today (the Friday before Thanksgiving) to let us know they were closed and cancelled our reservation. I completely understand that things come up in life, but the person on the phone was extremely rude and not apologetic at all. The cancellation messed up our thanksgiving plans with very little time to try and get a new reservation (which everywhere is booked). A little compassion could have gone a long way. We will never give our business to this restaurant and I hope they learn from this mistake. Treat people better! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
