Last night I visited your shop and ordered 1 mutton biryani and 1 chicken fried rice. The chicken fried rice was okay, but the mutton biryani was extremely disappointing. Honestly, it was one of the worst mutton biryanis I have ever had in my life. The quality was very poor, and it did not meet expectations at all. I hope you can look into this and improve the quality. Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

They have only 3 tea glasses in their restaurant. One which is kept on their cashier table filled with water and a lemon. Other 2 they use for their customers. They do not wash the glasses (in order to save water bill). If a customer has finished drinking tea. They will use the same glass without washing and served the next customer. I experienced it today. I tried to enter their kitchen to see if they had washed the glasses, but the waiter forbid me. GOING TO RAISE A COMPLAIN TO THE CONSUMER PROTECTION & MINISTRY OF COMMERCE.
