INCREDIBLE FOOD! We had the most amazing evening here, the quality of the ingredients and taste was unbelievable! We went here for dinner on our last night in Bangkok and wish we had more time to come back. Stand out dishes were the lamb and sushi (the nigiri was probably the best I’ve ever had). Excellent service too. Would have liked more drink options like cocktails but overall would come back to this place in a heartbeat! 10/10 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ฿2,000+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Had a great dinner at CUT Chef’s Table. The absolute highlight was the Snow Fish—it came in a delicious sweet sauce that was perfectly executed. Highly recommend! The Calamari and Salmon Yukke were both excellent and full of flavor. We also tried the Lamb Rack; the portion size is massive, and the flavor was fine for me. The salad and carbonara were decent.
