Had lunch outdoors on Saturday, finally the weather gave us a respite under an enormous cherry tree. It's the first time I went to the King's house and I was very satisfied, I'll list the reasons. 1 food choice between 3 very well assorted menus and very good dishes and fair portions. Excellent service as well as the price for the raw materials used. It is the first time I go to Cà del Re but it certainly won't be the last. Service: 5 Location: 5

Great place to stay in the Barolo region. Verduno is a beautiful village that provides a great base to relax and explore the region. There is a great restaurant on site. The hotel is also associated with Castello di Verduno winery, so the restaurant has a great selection of wines as well. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The parking can be a bit tight depending on the size of the cars other guests arrive in, but there is a free, spacious parking lot in the village fairly close to the hotel (300m away).
