I had never imagined ramen and cabbage could go so well together (I'm not even a huge fan of cabbage) but it's a perfect combination!! Not only that, but Cabbaton's ramen taste delicious with its great seasoning (not too strong, not too bland), the fried rice is also amazing and I definitely recommend trying the gyouza with their yuzu sauce! Cabbaton has become my #1 ramen restaurant (and I know a lot of VERY good ones) and I'm surely coming back.
