we bought a deal from Groupon. We went to the place twice, and both times they are closed. Yes, we went there during the published store schedule. I'm not sure if the Groupon deal is a scam just to get revenue because I read some reviews here that the place already closed down.

My friend and I took the tram to Lygon St from the CBD to check this place out because we saw bulgolgi chips on the menu.

We arrive there at 2pm, well within their opening hours.
We find the restaurant and all the lights are turned off, but the door is open. Just as we approach, a man comes scurrying out. I ask him if it’s open. He tells me “no”.

I ask if he owns this place and if they have a phone number.
He looks at me but keeps walking to his car without answering, so I ask him again.
He looks very flustered, avoids my first question and says “no phone number”, all while scurrying away. Horrible customer service.

You have two customers who are willing to pay and you don’t even give them the respect of answering their questions.

The day before, I found a phone number from their facebook page, called it, no answer, texted it, no answer. At the very least, they should put a notice on their facebook page if they’re going to be closed for the day.

Went here because of groupon. When we came, the place looked like it’s a business that not ready to open. Lights were very dim, boxes everywhere, and even no one at the desk. We had to shout to the back of the kitchen where only one guy was working for the whole restaurant. There is no way anyone would go in if not because of the voucher, it literally looked like a business going bankrupt. Anyway, the guy is pretty friendly. We had a burger and gangnam fried chicken. The burger was really nice, with the bun that is more like bao, which worked really well. Generous with sauce, but doesnt make the bao soggy. Gangnam sauce is like this sweet chili sauce with chopped peanuts, not a bad sauce. The chicken size is massive (per wing), and even the portion for 1 is massive, more like for 2 people. So eventhough the appearance of the place is so underwhelming, the foods were actually not disappointing! I like the chips too. If only they do the decor, then they will have hope!
