The positive aspect of this bar is that the staff is attentive. If you want to enjoy fine service, you should visit Cache. Come here for the homey atmosphere. This place is ranked 4.8 within the Google grading system.

Atmosphere: 9/10 Located in Dallas's Uptown, Caché is a hidden cocktail lounge above the long-running S&D Oyster Co., reached by taking the stairs outside. The concept is New Orleans and French luxury, and the room delivers it—deep green walls, brass accents, velvet drapes, a chandelier, and vaulted ceilings give it an elegant, opulent, slightly sexy feel. Music volume is good and on the quiet side. The backbar is fine but not the focus of the room—the layout leans more toward tables than bar seats. Crowd skews middle-aged. Drinks: 9/10 Recommendation: Barrel Aged Vieux Carré Good quality menu, though not a lot of signature cocktails to choose from. Flavor and balance of ingredients is very good. Odd detail: coasters for water but none for the cocktails. Glassware is above average, garnish simple but elegant, and presentation is the same—simple and elegant. Service: 8/10 Water served on arrival, plus complimentary snacks. The team is average on friendliness and could be more attentive, but professionalism is above average—they even use proper glass chiller equipment. Prices are slightly above average for Dallas, and there's a mandatory 20% gratuity, which I don't appreciate or support. Reservations not needed.
