La Casio Rustic House is a true hidden gem in the La Cacho neighborhood of Tijuana! I visited with my sister, her kids, and my girlfriend, and we were all blown away by the food. We ordered a variety of dishes, and everything was delicious. The vegetarian omelette with beans and a side salad was fresh and full of flavor. My favorite, though, was the machaca with two sunny side up eggs—absolutely perfect. We also tried the chilaquiles with chicken and eggs, which were amazing as well. The cozy, rustic ambiance makes it feel like a secret spot that only locals know about. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tijuana. We can’t wait to go back!
