I ordered food at 12 believing it would arrive before I had to head to work at 3! Boy was I wrong! They can't even pick up the phone! Worst quality and service I've ever had !

We order food for lunch from work at least once a week. We have ordered from here quite a few times in the past. The past couple times it was problem after problem. Today we called in with 2 cash orders and 1 card. First the lady on the phone put us on hold to take other people's orders. Second after she took the last order that was being paid with a card she told us she would call back for the card number because they were really busy. 35 min later I call them back because they didn't call me for the card info. They said the didn't know how to use the card machine and they had sent out the cash orders for delivery already. After a couple min on the phone while they were trying to process the payment they said they would just send the guy back to us with the order when he got back. Here we are a full 2hrs plus and neither order has arrived. Terrible customer service, definitely the last time we will be ordering from them.
