Last night reminded me how much great service is about teamwork, compassion, and genuine care. From the moment I raised a concern, the staff showed incredible coordination and support for one another while remaining professional, kind, and attentive. What stood out most was how seamlessly everyone worked together. It was clear that this is a team that truly has each other’s backs and is committed to creating a positive experience for their guests, even when unexpected challenges arise. A special thank you to our wonderful server, Majat, whose kindness, professionalism, and attentiveness made our evening memorable.
