First issue before the guest arrived and drinks ordered waiter tried to sell us a 200 BGN fish !
Second Issue - we ordered a bottle of Rose and instead of a little in the glass and the bottle in ice the waiter filled everyone's glass so that the wine become warm ! (Really Cactus is this your SOP)
Third issue the waiter failed to check the order so completely missed 1 main course - Happy chain have better staff training - they always read back the order - this is restaurant 101 !
Fourth issue when he brought the food failed to confirm that this is the order do you want anything else ? so it was a further 15 mins before realizing something was wrong - one of our party did not get the main course - too late (not to eat 30 mins after everyone ese has finished - the damage is done!)
Fifth Issue 2 of the party where not happy with the food Spaghetti Bolognese was very small portion - Rice in the Risotto was hard
6th Issue the waiter justified the mistake of screwing up the order by sharing he had 4 tables to look after - Wow (for me the issue sits with the restaurants lack of staff training !)
Summary - very expensive - issues with Basic Procedures - Staff Training and Competence - Cactus you need to up your game even to compete with Happy
For sure if you want to spend hundreds of BGN for a mediocre experience - this is your place !
Waiter attitude really not special but we will let that one go this time - It will be a while before we go back !
