The food and coffee are excellent. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I was having a really bad day today. I came to this cafe for a snack, and as soon as I put my mug down, I spilled it. They immediately offered to replace it. I'm so grateful to the staff on today's shift for brightening my day Price per person: €1–5

Simply the best café in Riga. If the Michelin Guide gave stars for creme brulee alone then Cadets would top the list. Great sandwiches, coffee, beer and staff, a lovely café for whatever time of the day. Price per person: €10–15
