If you like the Australian cuisine, you should visit this cafe. Have nicely cooked pies and good quiche at Cafe 101 when you happen to be near it. Great hot chocolate is worth trying here.

My visit to Cafe 101 in Alexandria was disappointing. An old man with glasses chastised us for one person in our group eating outside food due to dietary restrictions, despite the rest of us ordering from the menu. His rude behavior and use of a dirty cloth to wipe our table spoiled our experience and upset a child in our group. This lack of hospitality, especially on a public holiday, was disheartening. Not sure what is worse the service or the food. The old guy who runs the place is rude and the food is rubbish and expensive. Go to McDonald’s, it’s better.
