This is my school...okay the baristas I'm assuming are students on a work/study program...but still. One time a friend and I I had coffee grounds all up in our PSL. The iced thai tea is weak and watery, and the barista the other day was extremely confused when I asked for a cup of soy milk. I've tried the caramel macchiato....the coffee tasted old even if they just pulled the shots. Im thinking something is off with the way they train the baristas. My experience here has indicated that you CAN get something if you need it here...but if it's not black coffee or a cup of soymilk it may disappoint you.. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5
