Amazon Cafe Alor Setar Branch service so bad, table not clean. Importantly, I pay with UOB card will get 10% discount but don't get receive the discount so I ask the staff for explain but the staff don't know how to explain about it. Honestly, the location is great, especially since they provide a huge free parking lot. The environment is beautiful and perfect for taking lots of nice photos. However, it gets incredibly hot inside, almost as if there is no air conditioning. If you can't stand hot weather, I wouldn't recommend visiting. While the coffee is good, the service is extremely slow, especially on public holidays. They even asked customers to wait 30 minutes just to place an order . If the AC was working well, I wouldn't mind the wait. But since it was so hot, we had to leave and go to another café instead. Meal type: Other Price per person: RM 20–40
