Asked for a Pure Matcha Frappe. Probably the worst frappe I had. First they put sugar in without asking me even though it’s “Pure”. They made again and kept adding a lot of water, so what came out was more like an iced Matcha and with little flavor as most of it was left in the jug. I said to them that it didn’t look like anything like in the picture or or as from an other Amazons and the girl said “we don’t do the same in this shop”. Unreliable. I will avoid this brand.
