Extremely slow service. There were 3 staff on duty, yet it took 30 minutes to handle only 20 orders. For a brand built on convenience, waiting more than a minute per glass is unacceptable. Needs better management of the morning rush. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
