Update - we first came to Cafe Amore 11 years ago, this year we have noticed a change, probably over the last couple years really. We typically come to Eureka once a year and always eat here. It's not as intimate of a setting anymore. It's now brighter, louder and a different vibe. There's so many employees that someone is constantly walking by. We were asked if we needed refills 4 times within 30 seconds by 4 different people. I believe the intentions are for good for attentiveness but it can be a bit much as there seemed to be constant confusion about who was getting what when food or drinks were being brought to tables. The food is still amazing and we always enjoy our meals and drinks, we just miss the old, dimmer, intimate feel from our first experiences.
