Cafe Bafe on Keshavarz Bulvar is a decent place for hanging out with friends and casual meetings. I ordered an Americano, which was of good quality. However, the waiter service was lacking, and there's no men's restroom available. Overall, my experience wasn't great, but it's a reasonable choice for a casual meet-up.
