I took half rations, bull's tail and tripe, the tail was very good but very little, basically a small piece, with fried potatoes, good in themselves but nothing went well with the dish, the tripe, a shade, too salty, always with chips. The food is within the norm of a neighborhood bar. The hash soup is pretty good. The salad that accompanies the flamenquin leaves a lot to be desired, and I mean its freshness. The flamenquin was good except that by using blue cheese in a quantity that was a bit high for my taste, it made it impossible to taste anything else. Excellent homemade flan.
