An exceptional dining experience at Café Boulud Riyadh. The ambiance is elegant and inviting, the cuisine is refined and beautifully presented, and the service is consistently attentive and polished. A special thank you to Rania, Alex, Anna, and Yannis, the manager, whose warm hospitality, keen attention to detail, and professionalism elevated the entire experience. We had our anniversary dinner here, from the time we sat floor in the restaurant we felt the welcoming, friendly, attentive service level. The restaurant has the nice romantic European vibe. From the bread basket, to our ordered, salad, grilled prawns, mushroom soup and rossietre chicken, each item was tasty, juicy and amazing. Dessert picked on recommendation was melted chocolate cake with ice cream, another lip smacking . We were offeredcomplimentary drinks. They really took care of us and i look forward for another visit Meal type: Dinner Price per person: SAR 200+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. There was no one available to welcome or assist customers, and we had to keep chasing staff just to place our order. Even then, it felt like they were doing us a favor by taking it. What’s even more disappointing is that the restaurant and café were not busy at all. The customer service was extremely poor and needs significant improvement Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
