This is the greatest place near The Cap-Blanc Stairway. At this cafe, you may order good consomme. Many visitors say that waiters offer nicely cooked croissants, muffins and parfait here. Some clients like delicious cappuccino, latte or espresso at Café Castelo.

I really appreciate the quality of their coffee and the beauty of the place. It is a privilege to be able to relax upstairs among the works of art. The only downside that I would like to bring to the attention of the owners is the slowness of their internet service! Although it's not necessarily, it significantly detracts from my experience each time I visit. It would be appreciated, as long as there is wi-fi service for customers, to have a decent one. We wanted a quiet pleasant place to sit and talk and have a good coffee. I'm glad we decided to give Café Castelo try. It a comfortable designy setting, plays good music unobtrusively, serves great coffee, to our tastes anyway, and has a lovely art gallery up the stairs that you can trip to if you feel like a whimsical break. We let them know before we left that they are now our favorite coffee café in Quebec City
