Beautiful cafe overlooking the park and brewery across the road. We sat in the sunshine and ate harrietville smoked salmon kedgeree and asparagus eggs with bernaise sauce. Delicious! Coffee good and strong. We took my service dog no problem. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $20–40 Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free of charge street parking Parking: Lovely ambience with Nepalese music

Extremely disappointing service and serious hygiene issue Visited Cafe Chulo Bright on Sunday morning (25 Jan, around 10:40am). Despite there being no Sunday surcharge, the service was practically non-existent. We were not greeted, not shown to a table, and not offered water. No staff acknowledged us until we went up to order ourselves. After ordering at around 10:57am, we waited nearly an hour for our food, which did not arrive until around 11:40am — far too long for a café brunch service. The most unacceptable part was finding a piece of plastic wrapping in our food, which raises serious concerns about food handling and hygiene standards. For a bill of $75+, this level of service, waiting time, and cleanliness is simply not acceptable. Unfortunately, the overall experience was very unpleasant, and we would not recommend this café or return. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Brunch
