I enjoyed a delicious Guatemalan hand brewed coffee here, and appreciate the warm, cozy vibe and unique, homemade design of the place. It is certainly a huge improvement over the giant franchisees that permeate this area. I was very surprised, however, that the only person working there did even know whether the Guatemalan bean I selected was a washed or natural process bean, and didn’t even seem to know whether the beans were light, medium, or dark roasted.
