I really wanted to like this place, but after three strikes, I’m done. My first time here, I ordered a simple espresso. When it was finished, the barista actually started blowing on it before handing it over. Super bizarre and unhygienic, but I let it slide. I went back the next day and got a triple shot espresso, which was decent. On the third day, I ordered the same triple shot, but the volume in the cup was noticeably way too short. When I politely pointed it out, the staff member copped an attitude and rudely snapped, "This is it, that's all I have for you." Absolutely unacceptable customer service. It seems like ever since they opened the new Sandy Springs location, the original spot has completely gone downhill. They clearly stopped caring about quality control and basic professionalism.
