Cafe "DOLPHIN" is pretty near Fountain on Main Square. You will be offered such food as tasty ice cream, don't hesitate to try it. At this bar, clients can try good coffee. Visitors don't highly appreciate prosecco at Cafe "DOLPHIN".
From the guests' viewpoint, the staff is professional here. Many reviewers think that the service is terrific. But google users rated this place and it didn't gain a high rating.

Disrespectful, they think they are alive and try to scam you. The service they provide is unusual, I will never return to this place again!

Terrible. I stopped on August 16th after dinner for an ice cream. I ordered a coffee affogato, so a very simple ice cream. I was served a lukewarm slop without any hint of fresh ice cream, I made a mistake in not sending it back, the waiters were quick and kind. but when I said about the ice cream they pretended not to understand Italian, the outside is in a beautiful spot in Rovinj right in front of the port shore. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
