Great staff but food was very bland and average. If you want to try Romanian food this is not a good place.

Cute cafe in Wollishofen that is easily reached from the heart of Zurich. The Romanian dishes are tasty and all homemade. I've had the Ciorba de Vacuta (beef soup), sarmalute (stuffed cabbage leaves), mici (Romanian meat sausage), papanas (Romanian donuts), to name a few. I enjoy their eclairs and occasionally, they have homemade tiramisu, which is decadent and also tasty. I don't drink coffee, but their beautiful Steamhammer machine makes me want to drink a cup. The service is great. There is a little indoor space with a couple tables and then more tables available outside. Parking is easily found down the street if the spaces in front of the cafe are taken up. But it's also easily accessible by tram or bus.
