Cafe de Rosa is pretty near Film Museum. You will be offered great coffee. Clients don't highly appreciate beef at this restaurant.

I had the beef mami with siumai. The broth was ok but was nothing sensational. The siumai seemed to have too much "fillers" and did not have the aldente texture that is associated with siumai. The redeeming factor was the beef from the mami. It had good flavor and was tender. Overall the food is okay and is a good start to present Filipino food to Norway.
