Great coffee, delicious baked goods, cozy seating, helpful staff, cool space (bank vault!). I hope this place lasts, town really needs it! Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Café Dimanche is a really lovely spot in Pine Bush with a warm, inviting atmosphere. The space is clean and thoughtfully designed, and it’s a nice place to sit, relax, and enjoy a quiet coffee break. The natural light and simple décor (like the small plants on the tables) give it a calm, welcoming feel. On my visit, I ordered a double shot of espresso. The double shot itself unfortunately missed the mark. It appeared to be under-extracted, with little to no crema, which made the flavor come across a bit flat, bitter, and lacking the richness you’d expect from a well-pulled espresso. That said, the overall vibe of the café is genuinely pleasant, and it feels like a place with a lot of potential. I didn’t try the pastries but they looked lovely! With a bit more attention to espresso preparation, this could easily become a standout coffee spot in the area. I’d be happy to give it another try in the future. This place has been open and close so may times, I really want them to succeed they pastries are amazing!!! But the lattes need a lot of training dialing n frothing the milk so hopefully they can survive! The vibe is awesome n service great Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
