Me and a friend came in for lunch and i ordered a katsu curry which the sauce was obviously pre made and tasted OK but lacking fresh flavour, rice mediocre, but worst of all the chicken was hardly cooked and very worrying, my cheesy chips were still frozen in the centre yet my cheese was melted which brings me to believe they were potentially microwaved. Had to leave most of the food. My friend ordered chicken bites which were a velvet purple kind of colour in the middle and were scarily wobbly on the inside. Her chips were also hard in the middle and tasted like cotton had to leave them to avoid illness ,then order a flapjack which was so rock solid i thought it was frozen and nearly bent my knife. Overall 1/5 avoid like the plague Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £10–20 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Probably one of the worst breakfasts I have ever eaten. The food was cold, and more than likely all microwaved. Sausages were raw in the middle, as they hadn't been cooked long enough. Hash browns still had ice on them. The only thing edible was the toast. Should have known straight away from the cold customer service you receive as you order. The staff flap their arms around, and it's clear that they don't want to be there. Avoid the customer toilet! The sign on the door says it's not been cleaned since 9th October, and it's pretty clear that's probably the last time they were cleaned. Didn't even eat 1/3 of our breakfast as it was genuinely awful. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: £1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Great place for a quiet coffee and cake. It appears to be a secret Costa as all coffee and biscuits are branded Costa. They all do meals for £6.99 or 2 for £10 which is a great deal. Also it is never too busy here even at lunchtime so it's a great place to get a Costa in quieter surroundings. Please don't tell anyone else it will get too busy ...
