We had a great experience at cafe elam. Food was great and their chaaya was so good . Also to mention staff bala provided excellent service throughout our visit. His warm welcome and friendly attitude made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. He was attentive, professional and ensured everything was perfect. Thank you for making our visit so enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

The incident what me and my family experienced was really really bad,I never expected this in this place especially to a baby who is five years old,The way one of the staff talked to us about their policy was really rude. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
