If you're in Cairo, I highly recommend Cafe Frais at the Novotel. The view is unbeatable, the food is great (I had the shish taouk for lunch then went back for dinner and had the veal chops.) They also have free wifi which is always great. Noora and the staff were great! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: E£300–400 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
