21/12/23 my friend and I came to the cafe for coffee. We ordered two cappuccinos to go and my friend paid 500 CZK for the coffee, the coffee was 60 CZK for two servings. An elderly woman served us and gave us change for 400 kroner. We understand that she did not give us 40 kroner and tell her that she did not give us change. To which she says your friend took it. even though we didn't touch the money. We insist that she return the money to us. to which she tells us she has no time for us. And she won't give us the check. He says come next day at 10 o'clock and look at the cameras. I came in the morning and the staff told us they didn't have my money for me. This is insolence! no service and no customer focus. If your employees can't remember what they did because of her advanced age, then she is a bad employee.
