I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent visit to this restaurant was beyond disappointing. To start, the steak arrived cold—not lukewarm, but genuinely cold, as if it had been sitting out for too long. The mashed potatoes were no better—cold and clearly not freshly prepared. What really sealed the bad experience were the burgers. They were extremely hard, dry, and clearly not fresh. It felt like I was biting into something that had been reheated multiple times or left out for hours. The overall dining experience was just horrible. There was no attention to quality or basic food temperature, and it felt like the staff didn’t care about customer satisfaction. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for a decent meal. Nice place. The food is great. The service is good. The price is very ok. I recommend Cafe Malt instead of the unhealthy fast food chains. I recommend the Cevapcici (Serbian dish). They are very generous with the portions. Owners are Zambians and Serbians.
