Cafe Meridian had been my go-to for lunch in RTP for years! It changed ownership years ago, but unlike some places that go downhill when that happens Cafe Meridian got even better. The food is fresh with a lot of great sides to go with your protein selection. The menu changes with a few staples, such as the salmon (my favorite and somehow cooked perfectly almost 100% of the time). Their sides are healthy with a great mix of greens and proteins, beets, cooked and cold veggies. We chose the Land and Sea Buffet package for our event, and everything was absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. All of our guests were extremely pleased with the food, and the quantity was more than enough for everyone. The service from the owners was impeccable from start to finish. They gave us great options, guided us through the process, and were helpful every step of the way. We truly felt well taken care of. My husband regularly eats here and was the one who suggested we choose them because the food is healthy, clean, and very tasty. I trusted his recommendation without even trying it first — and I’m so glad I did! Everything exceeded my expectations. My personal favorite was the pilaf rice which was absolutely spectacular. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend them! Food: 5 Service: 5
