Cafe Mimi has very good k-street food!! I am very happy to taste high quality k-street food with affordable price in Madison!! Additionally, I wanted to comment to the customer who said Cafe mimi bulgogi looks like spam?!! - Bulgogi used for their Kimbap is korean style beef patty called “tteok gal bi”. Tteok gal bi and bulgogi made with same ingredients but tteok gal bi can be made in various shape. I am guessing the owner made tteok gal bi style so that it fits well inside Kimbap. Tteok gal bi actually takes longer time to make, more complicated recipe! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Recommended dishes: Bulgogi Kimbap and Dumplings, Sweet & Tangy Chicken
