I mean if you enjoy 80 % percent of your meal comming out if a bag this could be the place for you if I'm spending 80 bucks a restaurant visit the food better be somewhat fresh and not 100% outsourced from plastic bags. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

We come here once a week. We’ve dined at Romanza and Chi many times. Cafe Milano is much better, the food is always consistent. The Chinese food is way better than Chi, sorry to say. Yes, a bit pricey but big portions and great service. All of the servers are wonderful. We especially love Gabette, Ashley, Qian, Monica, and Margarita. And one of the managers, Deena, is always so kind and says hello. The service is fast and it’s like having a meal with friends because they’re so attentive, coming to see if you need anything and having a friendly chat. Not that we eat a lot, but the portions are bigger than Biscotti. So paying a bit more and taking leftovers home makes sense. For a coffee shop, it’s fantastic!
