I went to Cafe Monsoon and loved the cozy atmosphere. The staff was very friendly, and the matcha latte was creamy, not too sweet, and really good. I’d definitely come back! Meal type: Other Price per person: €10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
