Long queues and it takes a long time to get served. They stopped using crockery as they were too busy to collect cups and wash up insteadaking everyone use paper cups. The front door is very noisy and squeaky it is very distracting, when you are sitting inside.

Very poor. The staff all look incredibly miserable. I visit Caffe Nero across the country most days and had previously visited this cafe a couple of years ago. The staff at that time were like those at most Caffe Nero outlets, friendly, chatty, polite welcoming, upbeat and professional. What has happened? I contacted Caffe Nero customer service, as in addition to the cloud of misery that pervaded this cafe on the day, they also couldn't accept cards of any description including the £50 eCard I had been given as a birthday present. I spoke to Tracy in customer service about this. She was extremely apathetic and dismissive. I told her in no uncertain terms I wasn't happy. She told me she would contact the regional manager for the Rugby branch and would get back to me. I received an email from her today offering me two free cups of coffee if I download the loyalty app - whoopeee !!! "Alexa, play celebrate by Kool and The Gang"

Wonderful! Lovely people. Very pleasant and very quick service even though a long line. Clean shop and employees have everything in check - organised and keep refilling, replenishing etc.
