As our café is intentionally designed as a small, cozy space, we can accommodate a maximum of three customers per table inside the café. We understand this may not suit every group, which is why the adjoining food court provides ample seating for larger groups. We would also like to clarify that our hot chocolate is not made using cocoa powder mixed with water. We prepare it using real melted chocolate, resulting in a rich and thick beverage. In fact, many of our regular customers ask us to add extra milk to make it lighter according to their personal preference. We are therefore sorry that your drink did not meet your expectations on this occasion. We were also concerned by your comment that our staff "did not know a thing" about our Burnt Basque Cheesecake. Could you kindly clarify what information you were asking for that you felt they were unable to answer? We take product knowledge seriously and would appreciate understanding the specific concern so that we can address it with our team if necessary.
