Slow slow slow slow slow. Nearly an hour to receive soup and a Rosti. Too many tables for their cooking capacity at busy periods. To make things worse the staff don’t (but should) tell you that it will be so long when you order. We were offered a refund which was polite and appreciated but afraid that although the food is nicely presented, tasty and of a moderate portion size this certainly did not make it worth the wait I am afraid However I suspect if you come here outside busy periods it is very nice Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £10–20 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Incredible coffee! Pair with a chicken and chorizo scotch egg. Such lovely staff. Service: Take out Meal type: Brunch Price per person: £1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

No idea if I'm in the cafe pod or not. Couldn't find the entrance. Found a cafe that turned out to be delicatessen and a bar that turned out to be the cafe. Fancied the soup of the day but couldn't discover what that was as there was no sign.... Asked a member of staff. It was sweet potato and cabbage so chose a scone. Was asked if we had chosen the table. Nothing said that we had to choose a table first and there were no numbers on tables anyway. A most confusing experience. Hot chocolate lovely, scones a bit dry. Certainly wouldn't pay £14.50 to eat a main course here.
