This cafe feels less commercial than many newer places around town. Staff greet customers naturally instead of sounding rehearsed. I ordered a beef burger and lemon tea during lunch hour. Burger meat was juicy and properly seasoned. One menu item wasn’t available, though the waiter recommended another option that turned out pretty good. Tucked inside the mall, Cafe Panda is such a hidden gem—and honestly one of the most unique spots around. Their menu is a full-on Asian fusion mix featuring Vietnamese coffee, bubble teas, Korean hot dogs, and onigiri (stuffed rice balls)—which is something you really don’t see anywhere else locally. We tried the passion fruit dragonfruit soda and the galaxy refresher (both super refreshing and visually stunning), along with a variety of onigiri: tuna, salmon, corn/crab classics, plus the tuna and kimchi crispy fried rice balls. Everything was incredibly fresh and packed with flavor. Just a heads up—since everything is made fresh, there can be a bit of a wait, but it’s 100% worth it. If you’re at the mall and want something different, this spot is definitely worth checking out. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
