Very disappointing experience. The service was poor, the environment was dirty, and the drink was low-quality and tasted terrible. We ordered two Nutella Banana Shakes. The glass was brought over by hand with the outside covered in ice cream and then placed directly on the table, making the table messy as well. There was no napkin, coaster, or anything underneath it. The drink itself was awful. It had absolutely no Nutella or banana flavor. It was basically watery, tasteless milk with a strange floral taste, almost like orange blossom water. The only thing remotely chocolate-like was the brown color. Overall, the quality was extremely poor considering the price. On top of that, they don't accept credit cards and only take cash or debit. That wasn't an issue for me personally, but it's still something customers should know beforehand. Poor service, dirty environment, and disappointing food and drinks. Definitely not an experience I would recommend. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Such a cute little spot to hang and get yummy drinks and desserts! My boyfriend was raving about his dalgona latte and my grapefruit ade was so refreshing with the perfect amount of sweetness. Will definitely stop by after our dinner again sometime. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Cafe Princess in North York is a hidden gem! We ordered the mango and strawberry Bingsu, both were absolutely perfect — fluffy, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The layout is really cool and welcoming, with a cozy vibe that makes you want to stay a while. They even have board games available if you want to hang out and play with friends, or you can just relax on the couches. Everything was clean, organized, and well put together. Highly recommend for dessert or a chill hangout spot! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $10–20 Parking options: Paid parking lot, Paid street parking
