Homely vibe, great people, home taste of food. Nothing can beat that if you want to meet locals and still feel at home. Fumiko-san is so sweet and kind. Will come back if we go back to Japan. Location: A quiet and cozy cafe nestled behind Kanegafuchi West Station, you'll easily spot it by its pink facade Food and Value for Money: Fret not; they have an English menu. With a "Special of the Day" that changes daily, you'll be sure to be delighted with whatever the chef comes up with! Served with a healthy balance of side dishes (salad with a dressing that daren't overwhelm the senses, a small amount of delicious fruit jelly with crunchy toast, and a hearty bowl of miso) to keep you on your toes. The desserts are all home-made, so you can expect a certain quality unique to that of dishes made meticulously with love and care. You definitely get your money's worth! Staff: Exceptionally hospitable and approachable staff! Fumiko-san welcomed us and made sure we felt right at home. She loves conversing and can also speak English!
